BUFFY
BEE
HONEY

Honey’s unique flavor is attributable to the flower source from which the honeybees gathered nectar. There are some 300 such floral honey sources in the United States.
Honey color ranges from nearly colorless to dark brown and its flavor varies from mild to bold.
As a general rule, light colored honey is milder in taste.
Because the bees of Hackenberg Apiaries migrate, the honey we produce picks up the flavors of the crops that our bees pollinate, from the orange blossoms in Florida to the blueberries in Maine.
Under the label Buffy Bee Honey, Hackenberg Apiaries bottles and sells Orange Blossom, Clover, Wildflower, Buckwheat, Tupelo and Alfalfa honey.
