Business Arising from Previous Minutes:
Pink Day was a great day. We raised over $2000.00
Outcome of Fine was that the fees were waived as it was discovered recently that the leagues football and netball operation rules may have had no status within the leagues constitution, which was confirmed by the leagues legal counsel as well as providing a resolution. The board passed a “regulation” that the previous known football and netball operational rules be adopted as “Regulations “. At the board meeting the board also agreed to remove all unpaid fines given as a breach of the previous, and acting under the term Operational Rules. All penalties handed down outside of the previously termed operational rules are still binding.
Correspondence: Circulated. Moved T Given/Sec M Keating
Treasurers Report: Report tabled by T Sutton/Sec T Given
If an ineligible player or a player takes the court that is not included in the 12 players listed on the official scoresheet the following penalty shall apply:
As soon as it is apparent that said player has taken the court, play shall be stopped, the said player shall be removed from the court and shall take no further part in the game. The player may be replaced by an eligible player listed on the official scoresheet. A free pass is awarded to the Non offending team where the ball was when play was stopped.
Vote: Defeated – 11- 6

Member Concerns
Michelle – Netball club needs to look into the process of strapping our netballers. Not happy with girls having to go into the football rooms to get strapped. Either set up storage room/shed for the football strapper to come over and strap the netballers or look into paying a strapper
Next Meeting: Still to be decided
