BUSINESS ARISING FROM MINUTES: - Nil
CORRESPNDENCE - Inwards as per list and including:
Portsea Camp. Moved K Thomas/sec E Ford that 'JNC sponsor 1 child to attend Portsea at a cost of $321' - carried
Australia Day Nominations: Email nominations to JNC email (jerilderienc@hotmail,com) before the end of November

TRESURER REPORT: Balance as at 23.10.14 - $6311..74 in ANZ working account.
ANZ Term Deposit - $15000 was transferred from working account and will mature in 3 months - total in ANZ T/D is $43595.65
Bendigo Bank Term Deposit - $18000
Approximately $5000 still to be received from Sheep fundraising venture

PDFNL: S Watson spoke regarding the Pre-AGM held last week looking towards the AGM on November 19th
Agenda Item 3. Election of PDFNL Board - S Railton (Pres), B Henderson (VP), V Sutton (NW netball), I Gillett & M Fleming (NW Football)
Agenda Item 7 (3) Board Composition. Will confer with JFC at their AGM next week
Agenda item 7 (4) Board Structure - Against
Agenda item 7 (18.7) Casual Vacancy - will confer with JFC
Agenda item 7 (19) Election of the Board - will confer with JFC
Agenda item 7 (20) Grounds for termination - will confer with JFC
Agenda item 7 (6.7) Membership - Against
UNIFORM: Both the 2 piece and 4 piece A-line dresses were modelled and a discussion followed.. d E Ford/sec T Nash that 'JNC change to the A-Line dress for our playing uniform." - Carried
A vote was held for the design. Option 3 was the clear winner.
Old style skirts to be worn by 11/Under team - to be hired out each season by players.
K Thomas & T Sutton to organise Custom Clothing in Numurkah to come to Jerilderie for fitting and discussion on fabric and colours.
EQUIPMENT: Netball ring to be repaired, Fridge to be repaired - T Sutton to organise both repairs.
CANTEEN: Thanks to Dannii Parsons for her work as canteen coordinator and Michelle Read for taking the job on when Dannii left. Thanks Lisa Knight for doing the rosters and everyone for doing their part on home games.
UMPIRES: Alysha Knight and Paige Nash are to be badged this season.
SPONSORSHIP: Team sponsorship is to remain at $250. We as a Club need to work hard to fundraise for the court upgrade. We need $100 000 before we can start looking at grants as most are $ for $. A fundraising committee has been formed consisting of:
Sam McDonald, Kerryn Purcell, Wynetta Purcell, Katrina Muto and Liz Haynes and including an Executive member.
2015 FEES: Netball Vic have not released their fees yet. Registration process may change so we will wait and see whether we go online or remain as is before we decide on fee structure.
COACHES: Advertise in SRN and social media. Applications to close November 23rd for ALL grades
KEYS: All members to return their Monash park keys asap.

T Given - thanked Michelle Read for delivering the unclaimed trophies from Presentation Night and also thanked those who worked at the APEX dinner.
S Watson - Under no circumstances are JNC members to enter the JFC changerooms. JFC trainers WILL NOT be allowed to strap JNC members on game day. A discussion followed and JNC will look at trainers courses. K Purcell, W Purcell and L Haynes are interested in attending courses.
