- Next delegates meeting is on 14th of April
- The senior games will alternate start times each season
- Tungamah proposed a new op rule change.
The current rule states: Any Club who allows a player to take the court who is not included in the 12 players listed on the official scorebook shall immediately forfeit the game. As soon as it is apparent that this player has taken the court the match shall be awarded to the non-offending team.
The proposed change states: If an ineligible player or a player takes the court that is not included in the 12 players listed on the official scoresheet the following penalty shall apply: As soon as it is apparent that said player has taken the court, play shall be stopped, the said player shall be removed from the court and shall take no further part in the game. The player may be replaced by an eligible player listed on the official scoresheet. A free pass is awarded to the non-offending team where the ball was when play was stopped.
We will vote AGAINST this new rule change at the next delegates meeting.
- From the board minutes there has been a decision to make it compulsory that 2 A Grade players attend the first Interleague training, otherwise there will be a $200 fine per person. There will be exceptions to that rule but you will need to right into the board.
Coaches/Teams:
- Teams will be selected starting next week the 24th of March
- U15’s will have training on Friday’s instead of Thursdays to start with
- U13’s will have training on Friday’s when it is a home game
- Janine Avard has volunteered to be Net Set Go Coordinator with Kristin Kocks as Assistant Coordinator
- Parents who have Net Set Go children will be required to stay with them on their activity/program days
